Çelikkol Partners, founded in 2021 by Attorney Burak Çelikkol, is a law firm offering a wide range of legal services. Our aim is to meet all kinds of legal needs of our clients in the most effective and reliable way and to represent them in the best way.

Burak Celikkol

(FOUNDER LAWYER)

Burak Çelikkol started his legal education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2014 and completed his education with academic success. During his education, he gained in-depth knowledge in a wide range of areas from the basic principles of law to the practical application of law and followed the latest developments in his field.

Since the beginning of her career as a lawyer, she has gained extensive experience in different areas of law and has developed expertise in Public Law. His in-depth knowledge and experience in Public Law enables him to provide not only legal solutions but also strategic guidance to his clients. His knowledge in this area is a great advantage in resolving complex cases concerning the relationship between the state and the individual.

He pays attention not only to technical knowledge, but also to the importance of client relationships. He approaches each case and legal matter meticulously and works selflessly to provide his clients with the most appropriate solutions. Çelikkol is known for his commitment to ethical values, professional responsibility and dedication to upholding the rule of law.

Mustafa Levent Yilmaz

(LAWYER)

Mustafa Levent Yılmaz successfully completed his law degree at Piri Reis University Faculty of Law in 2023. In addition to his law degree, he also studied Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul University, giving him a broad perspective in the social sciences. This interdisciplinary education gave him the ability to evaluate legal issues in a broader social and administrative context.

Following his graduation, Mustafa Levent Yılmaz embarked on a career in law, where he gained experience in various fields and developed a specialization in Private Law. His in-depth knowledge and experience in Private Law enables him to provide solution-oriented, effective and strategic legal services to his clients.

Today, Mustafa Levent Yılmaz continues his academic studies in the field of Maritime Law and deepens his knowledge in this field by continuing his postgraduate studies at Piri Reis University. His interest in the Law of the Sea has led him to specialize in providing legal advice and solutions in special and important sectors such as shipping and maritime transport.

Beyza Celikkol

(TRAINEE LAWYER)

Beyza Çelikkol graduated from Fatih Sultan Mehmet University Faculty of Law in 2024 and is currently successfully completing her legal internship. Throughout her education, she has gained in-depth knowledge in different areas of law, as well as practical experience during her internship as a lawyer.

Beyza Çelikkol supports the lawyers she works with as a trainee lawyer and actively participates in the preparation of case files, legal research and follow-up of client files. She also undertakes important tasks such as drafting the necessary documents, analyzing legal texts and preparing for client meetings. In each transaction, she helps to manage the legal processes accurately and effectively.

They contribute to their professional development by putting the knowledge and experience gained during the education process into practice during the internship period. By successfully completing the internship process, she aims to further advance in her career as a lawyer and expand her areas of expertise.

Büşra Baş

(TRAINEE LAWYER)

Büşra Baş started Sabahattin Zaim University Faculty of Law in 2023 and continues her law education successfully. In parallel with her education, she is working as a trainee lawyer in our law office, reinforcing her theoretical knowledge with practice and making a strong start to her professional life. 

During her internship, Büşra Baş plays an active role in preparing cases, conducting legal research, organizing case files and preparing various legal documents. In addition, she follows important transactions regarding client files and contributes to the efficient functioning of our office's legal processes by supporting the lawyers she works with.

Büşra has a strong sense of professional ethics, respect for confidentiality and a strong sense of responsibility in defending client rights.

Büşra Baş is determined to lay a solid foundation for her legal career and to practice law to the highest standards. By combining her education and experience in our office, she continues to develop herself in the legal field and aims to achieve significant success in her future career.

Nil Irem Saray Celikkol

ACADEMIC

Nil İrem Saray Çelikkol continues her academic career as a Research Assistant in the Department of Maritime Law at Piri Reis University Faculty of Law. Saray Çelikkol, who has in-depth knowledge in the fields of maritime and maritime law, contributes to the literature in this field with her academic studies. 

Prior to her academic career, Nil İrem Saray Çelikkol is a lawyer with practical experience in Maritime Law. Her experience as a lawyer in this field has enabled her to provide comprehensive solutions on many complex legal issues such as maritime transportation, marine insurance, port operations, maritime trade and international maritime law. 

With his expertise in Maritime Law, he makes significant contributions to our clients in solving legal problems in the maritime sector and developing strategies in accordance with the legal regulations in the sector. 

By combining its academic and practical experience, it aims to provide reliable, in-depth and effective legal services to all stakeholders operating in the maritime sector.

Taner Tahincioglu
